Dave is Colorado Ranch & Land Brokers’ data master and actively manages a custom database of Colorado ranch listings and historical sales, including mapping all borders on a single mapping platform. With a Masters in Business Administration (MBA), an Architectural Engineering degree, and years in technical sales, Dave can really leverage significant abilities for your benefit. Dave is a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and has specialized in the brokerage of Ranch, Land, and Commercial properties, uniquely, in all areas of Colorado since 2019.

As the broker/owner of Colorado Ranch & Land Brokers, Dave is totally in his element. He is an active member of the Colorado chapter of the REALTORS® Land Institute, the home of land specialists, and recently earned his Accredited Land Consultant designation (ALC), to better to serve you.

Dave, because of his background and style, is able to ask the questions, break down the facts and create clear visions from clouds. Because of his commercial practice Dave can, better than most, analyze the financial performance of a property to help you make the appropriate decision relating to the acquisition or disposition of your real estate holdings.

Dave is a land owner with prior holdings in various areas of Colorado including a tree farm on Colorado’s Front Range and irrigated pasture in the heart of Colorado’s Fruit and Wine Country near Palisade. Dave is a certified drone pilot (FAA Part 107), has taught land surveying, and is an Eagle Scout. Mechanically savvy, Dave enjoys working on improving both land and buildings.
